This Elan is a Jumbo-style acoustic shape with a Florentine cutaway, but with just a bit more flair thrown in. Like so many of Hanson’s creations, this Elan is handmade using some mighty fine woods - African mahogany, sapele, and bloodwood (not to mention the fairly common sitka spruce). And like many of its cousins, the Elan sports the neck/action adjustment at the neck that really set the Hanson models apart from other acoustics. This Elan has a really nicely balanced sound. Crafted by hand in Colorado, USA.
