So… the story goes that after graduating from the Anglo-American University in Prague, Czech Republic, Jan decided to pursue his passion for music and creativity and founded Aviator Guitars in 2015. Since that time, Jan and his small team have built over 400 high-end guitars that are being shred upon and rocked by players all over the globe. Aviator builds excel in attention to detail, refined curves for ultimate comfort and playability, and a huge menu of customization options. I first contacted Jan Dietl (founder and owner of Aviator Guitars) in summer of 2022, after randomly seeing some of Aviator’s models online. I was immediately hooked by the creativity, the looks, and the craftsmanship of the guitars I came across. And it didn’t hurt that the videos I found out in the digi-sociomediasphere showed those guitars dishing out some crazy colossal tone. While it didn’t work out for SHG & AG to partner together right away, we stayed in touch and the metal-planets eventually aligned!
